Diminished actuator maintenance, no flipper damage, no loose adaption bolts, serious low downtimes in case of “crushbox” damages in case of too much impacts, because you can exchange the “crushbox” within 10 minutes under the crane!

In case on its load capacity dimensioned and well fitted, our INNOLLAN lightweight rollers show substantial better wear rates than original. As you can see at the pictures even after approx. 2 years.

The Flipper consist of 3 parts with the middle part – the socalled crushbox – designed to have a degree of flexibility. This flexibility sets it apart from other (normal) flippers. In addition to the flexibility, is the Inno Sway Flipper easy to replace. This heavily cuts down downtime.
